Shipment Process with Payment Milestones

1. Preparation and Documentation

  • Order Confirmation: Confirm order details between the Ampro Export and the importer.
  • Payment Milestone 1 (70% Advance Payment): Importer makes an advance payment of 70% of the order value.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare necessary documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and any other required documents.

2. Manufacturing and Packing

  • Production: Manufacturer completes production of goods as per the order.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure the goods meet required standards.
  • Packing: Pack goods securely for transportation, adhering to international standards.

 

3. Loading at Manufacturer’s Facility

  • Container Booking: Book container with shipping line or freight forwarder.
  • Loading: Load goods into the container at the manufacturer’s warehouse.
  • Sealing: Seal the container with a unique seal number for security.
  • Payment Milestone 2 (30% Post-Loading Payment): Importer makes the final payment of 30% after loading is confirmed.

4. Transportation to Port of Origin

  • Inland Transportation: Transport the sealed container from the manufacturer’s facility to the port of origin.
  • Documentation Handover: Provide all necessary documents to the freight forwarder.

5. Export Customs Clearance

  • Customs Documentation: Submit required export documentation to customs authorities.
  • Customs Inspection: Customs may inspect the shipment.
  • Export Clearance: Obtain export clearance from customs.

 

6. Loading onto Vessel

  • Port Handling: Handle the container at the port, including terminal charges.
  • Loading onto Vessel: Load the container onto the vessel for sea transport.
  • Shipping Documents: Receive Bill of Lading from the shipping line.

7. Sea Transport

  • Voyage: Container is transported by sea to the destination port.
  • Tracking: Track the shipment during transit.

8. Arrival at Destination Port

  • Port Handling: Container is unloaded from the vessel and handled at the destination port.
  • Notification: Importer is notified of the shipment’s arrival.
